• Service URLs — the URLs you add for monitoring. These are periodically requested by our infrastructure to check availability.
• Telegram chat ID — stored if you connect Telegram alerts, used solely to deliver down and recovery notifications.
• Usage data — basic operational data such as check results, response times, and incident records associated with your services.

• To provide the uptime monitoring service and display results in your dashboard.
• To send alert notifications via Telegram when a monitored service changes status.
• To process subscription payments securely through Polar.
• To maintain your account and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

All account data, service configurations, and monitoring records are stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in the South India region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your account data, service configurations, and incident history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Monitoring logs older than 90 days may be periodically pruned to keep the service performant.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
